3. Accounts & Security
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of unauthorised access to your account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- The Platform offers both Free and Premium subscription plans.
- Premium subscriptions require payment via our authorised payment gateways.
- Fees are subject to change, with prior notice provided to subscribers.
- Subscription renewals and cancellations are managed in your account settings.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, materials, trademarks, and technology on the Platform are owned or licensed by one81 PTY Ltd.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
- Reverse-engineer or interfere with the Platform’s operation
- Upload malicious code or engage in disruptive activities
- Infringe on the rights of others
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Use of the Platform is at your own risk. The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.
